Ayham, who suffers from liver cirrhosis, renal failure, and spleen issues, resides in a very old house that is shared with several young guys. Ayham spends his days struggling to cope with his pain alone, away from his family and friends. He was sent to Turkey for medical care and a liver transplant. However, his lack of funding interferes with his medical care, as he urgently needs money for living expenses, rent, and medications.
