Yousuf lives with his wife and 6 children, in a humble country home, and is going through rough conditions. Their only breadwinner is the eldest son, who also has his own family to provide for, earning his wages from working in a poultry farm. As it turned out, Yousuf is suffering from a retinal detachment in his right eye, and needs a vitrectomy with a phakic intraocular lens implantation and intravitreal injections.
