Little Reem lives with her family in a 2-room attic in a dilapidated building. The child suffers from enlarged adenoids which have greatly affected her breathing and the entire respiratory system. Reem is an orphan and lives with her family and her orphan cousins. The fathers died under torture in the regime’s prisons and their families have no supporters. Reem needs to undergo surgery to restore the ability to breathe normally. Please lend a helping hand!
