Iman and her husband struggle to provide for their family on a daily basis, and on top of that, Iman must now worry about paying for an operation to correct her right eye because her husband is unemployed. As a result, Iman lives in substandard conditions and is in poor mental health. They extended a helping hand and showed her kindness.
