Rafa is a married refugee with 2 kids, was found to have keratoconus; disease involving the cornea, in both eyes. Rafa needs surgery as soon as possible because her disease is progressive and can be complicated by vision loss. They are refugees with tough life and unable to pay for surgical intervention to save Rafa's sight.
