Nader, a one year old infant suffered a fracture of the femur due to falling out the window on his leg, which necessitated an urgent surgical operation and the installation of a femoral skewer. His family lives very difficult conditions due to harsh asylum conditions in Lebanon. His father works as a construction worker and only gets to see his family one day a week In order to secure their daily lives. His salary is not enough to secure the needs of the family living in a very simple home. Nader needs to perform surgical operation to extract the metal skewer but his father is unable to secure the cost of the operation.
