Osama is a sixty-year-old family man, he was wounded due to bombings on civilian's homes in Syria, he has lost his eye which was damaged by a shrapnel. Osama has already undergone several surgeries, but he stopped his treatment since he can't afford the medical costs anymore. His eye's situation got worse after leaving it for a lot of time without treatment, but now he can't even work for a living and cannot afford the heavy treatment expenses.
