The children gather around their mother and surround her. In their eyes, she is a superhero. Pretending to be strong is the best Inshirah can do in front of her children, but she soon becomes weak when the night falls, and her illness prevents her from sleeping. God's blessings are more than we can count, and we hardly feel their value until we lose them or see others who have lost them. Breathing and sleeping are the easiest things we do daily, but Inshirah is almost deprived of both due to the illness that attacked her body and is slowly killing her. Inshirah's right lung is full of fluid-filled cysts that prevent her from breathing normally, leaving her feeling like she is drowning, and it gets worse when she lies down or tries to sleep. Inshirah's husband is feeling powerless as he sees his wife and companion in pain but cannot secure the cost required for the surgery to relieve her pain due to their challenging circumstances.
