Youssef is a child who was born with a narrow ureter and a chronic lesion, and regrettably he has been tackling severe pain for several years. Today, this child is set to undergo an urgent surgery but the modest wage of his father is barely sufficient to secure the basic necessities of life. Youssef is going to tackle more pain and may lose his left kidney if he was not able to make that surgery.
