Zilal and her family have faced immense challenges since being displaced from their hometown. They now reside in a home lacking many necessities, struggling to make ends meet. The family's sole breadwinner is her husband, who is already coping with war-related injuries to his hand and foot and he can barely provide for their family's needs. Adding to their difficulties, Zilal suffered a stroke in her legs after her last childbirth. This has left her unable move normally, compounded by severe constipation due to the proximity of her injury to her liver and digestive system.
