Seeking a better life, Moeed left Syria for Turkey to find work and support his family due to the high cost of living and lack of opportunities in Syria. However, he suffered a severe electric shock that caused kidney failure and severe burns. He woke up in the hospital in excruciating pain, and due to the lack of medical resources, his family had to transfer him to a private hospital. He now needs multiple surgical procedures to address the damage caused by the burns throughout his body.
