Majid struggles to describe his suffering: "I can't even afford medications to treat myself; my children see me dying and feel helpless." When my children ask for school supplies and I tell them I don't have the money, it tears my heart. "If my son does not work, we will go hungry." Majid, a cancer victim, cannot afford the cost of his therapy. His family of nine is completely reliant on their son's limited wages.
