Mohammad not yet completes his ten years. He was born with congenital heart distortion ( one ventricle and an open in the heart ) . So his heart capacity is only 50% and he needs a cardiac amendment surgery urgently. Mohammad is living with his family of 5 children and grandmother also. His father is a worker but has little chances to work . He is unable to provide the costs of Mohammad surgery or treatments. So is there any sponsor ?
