Um Ahmad , has 5 children ( 4 daughters and a son ) all are suffering of genetic disease ( Cerebral Palsy - Quadriplegic mentally and physically ) . They are unable to walk and have difficulties in speaking. In addition to difficulties in understanding and balance . As a patient of this palsy gets older his situation becomes worse and needs more care. Um Ahmad depends on the donations of good people . But she still in urgent need for help cause of high living costs. Since she has to provide not only the food and drink costs but also she needs the cost of personal hygiene of her diseased children.
