Uncle Mohammed is deaf and nonverbal. He used to work in cleaning as a janitor, but he had to quit a while ago due to severe back pain that he could no longer bear. Currently, he is living in harsh living conditions and doesn't know how to change them. He continues to think about how to provide food and other living expenses for his family. Sitting with his family at breakfast with an empty table only adds to his worries and sadness for his young children.
