Ali is living in Jordan with his family . He is in a very special medical situation , moreover a very difficult financial conditions . After three months of marriage , he was diagnosed with lack of sperms (azoospermia) . A doctor prescribed medications in order to boost the sperm count and increase fertility for 6 months. Afterwards , he started the treatment with injections and a positive results were recorded. There are some of productive cells that work very good and the sperms could mature properly. Due to high costs of such treatments , Ali was obliged to stop since he can't provide the money anymore. Now he needs the costs of his medications . Also a biopsy should be taken from his testicle in order to freeze the sperms . His difficult conditions especially financial ones , prevented him from continue his treatment .
