Ayman is a married man living with family in Jordan in an extremely poor living conditions . The story started seven years ago , when he got paraplegia extended from chest to feet . By the time he came to Jordan , he underwent a surgery of bone eradication . That's because bone marrow inflammation caused by infection of an opened wound in his back . This inflammation was moved through the whole pelvic bone , so the eradication of bone included the bones from pelvic to knee in order to prevent infection transmission among the rest body . Recently , medical examinations showed that he has two types of bacteria which require different medications . In addition he needs daily continuous suctioning out of the pus for a month . Unfortunately , his family are completely unable to provide such high costs of his treatment . They struggle hardly to offer the band aids and antiseptics for him .
