Mrs. Inaam has long endured pain from the horrors of displacement and bombardment that turned their peaceful home into ashes. Now, a severe chest constriction has added to the suffering of Inaam, who lives with her afflicted son’s family in a rented house, struggling to secure enough food to fill their hunger or clothes to shield them from the cold. More specifically, Aunt Inaam has undergone several surgeries, including a cardiac catheterization. After consulting with doctors, it became clear that she urgently needed two stents to ease her heart’s burden and grant her some peace of mind and a chance to live with dignity.
