Histoire
Ayman, once a taxi driver, was torn from his family by the oppressive regime, leaving his loved ones to endure a decade of fear and uncertainty during his imprisonment. For ten long years, Ayman endured the unimaginable horrors of torture and inhumane treatment. With tears in his eyes, he recounts harrowing stories of the atrocities he and others endured behind those walls—many of whom never made it out, their fate still unknown.
Sentenced to 15 years instead of execution, Ayman now lives with his family, struggling with dire living conditions and no source of income. The scars of his ordeal are ever-present—pain in his kidneys and nerve damage in his feet, a cruel reminder of the torture he endured, including having his toenails forcibly removed.
Today, Ayman is free, and hope has been rekindled in his life. Let us stand by his side, helping him rebuild a life filled with freedom, dignity, and new beginnings!
