Omar was born a few months ago with a bilateral cleft lip and urgently needs surgical intervention. His condition cannot wait, as the procedure becomes increasingly difficult and risky as he grows, potentially leading to severe physical and psychological complications. Unfortunately, Omar’s father is entirely unable to afford the surgery; he is a daily laborer struggling even to provide for the basic needs of their tent.
