Histoire
Mohammad, a father of nine, was displaced from Homs in 2012 and finally settled in the town of Bza’a, where he lives in a modest rented home. He was shot in the left shoulder by a sniper, leaving him unable to work and his family with almost no income. Their living conditions are extremely difficult—on some days, he has no choice but to send his wife and children to his aunt’s house because he cannot even afford to provide them with basic necessities like bread. The situation is even more challenging due to his mother’s battle with throat cancer, which requires chemotherapy. On top of that, he is burdened with accumulating debt that he has no means to repay. Today, Mohammad urgently needs a modest amount to cover part of his debts, provide for his family’s basic needs, pay rent, and buy essential medications.
Any help would make a huge difference in the life of this family, which has been weighed down by war and illness.
