In a tiny, overcrowded room, Sami lives with his family, surrounded by poverty and weighed down by disability. Six people share thin mattresses in a space that barely qualifies as a home. He once worked tirelessly to provide for them, until the day a sudden explosion outside their house changed everything. The blast took his legs and left him unable to work. Today, Sami lives with his wife and four children, with no income and no support other than occasional aid, some of which he’s forced to sell just to keep his kids fed. He’s a father worn down by hardship and injury, but his family is still his biggest concern. In the middle of all this, will anyone reach out to help?
