In a modest home owned by his brother, Mahmoud lives with his elderly wife and daughter. His life has never been easy, but he never expected to reach a point of such helplessness and need. After developing diabetes, he lost his foot, leaving him unable to work or support his family. He also suffers from severe vision impairment.
