Histoire
Ziad spent years in the regime’s prisons, enduring pain and paralysis after being injured by a bomb in Douma. With great determination, he trained until he was able to walk again. Now, he works hard in a furniture workshop, but his income barely covers his family’s basic needs. Ziad prepared a room in the family home—a simple space to be his first shelter—but the costs of paint, electricity, plumbing, and a bedroom set have far exceeded what he can afford.
With your support, Ziad can complete the repairs to his room and start a new, dignified life after all he has endured—from war, imprisonment, and injury.
