A poor widow named Ammoun lives in a simple house. She is the primary caregiver for her young children. Along with her live her two daughters. One of them is a widow herself, who lost two of her children during the war. She also has a kid who was injured by an airstrike that hit his femur, stopping him from movement. The child needs surgeries and an expensive treatment, but the mother is barely getting their daily bread selling homemade food and cannot afford the treatment. The child is in great need of help.
