Histoire
Ten years ago, on the day Idlib was liberated, Baha’a was struck by shelling that left shrapnel lodged in his spine, paralyzing him and confining him to bed. Once the sole provider for his family, he is now dependent, while his loved ones struggle just to survive. Their home was destroyed and looted during displacement, and mounting debts force them to borrow even for life’s basic needs. Baha’a suffers daily from painful bedsores and back pain, and his ongoing treatment has become exhausting for him and his family. Today, his only wish is for an electric wheelchair to restore some independence, along with support for his continuous medical care and medications. With your help, we can ease his suffering and give him hope once again.
