In a house with unfinished walls, Amina lives with her elderly parents and three children, amid harsh living conditions and without a stable income. Her father was paralyzed by a stroke after hearing the news of his son’s martyrdom, leaving him with a physical disability and in need of continuous medication, while her mother battles diabetes, hypertension, and Alzheimer’s. All the burden falls on Amina’s shoulders. The debts keep increasing, and the few dollars her brother sends are not enough for bread or medicine, leaving the family threatened by helplessness in meeting even the simplest needs.
