Bakri’s family returned to Syria a short while ago, unable to bring any of their belongings or furniture with them, only to find themselves living in a modest home with relatives that lacks even the most basic necessities of life. Bakri has been trying to find work to provide for his family, but without success, forcing his son to leave school and work to help support the family. Today, the family is living under difficult conditions and burdened with mounting debts.
