Mohammad lives with his family in a very poor house which is uninhabitable. He is a thalassemic who needs a regular blood transfusion since he lacks the blood cell generation process. He suffers from the symptoms of fatigue, low hemoglobin, and vertigo every time the transfusion delayed. He needs hematopoietic stem cell transplantation surgery that is very expensive and beyond his father's ability.
