Hikmet is a eighteen years old. He works in rolling pulleys to help his family. He was born deaf and he was receiving rehabilitation speech treatment. His father has herniated disc and his mother is about to give birth. Their living conditions are terrible especially after they were displaced when his treatment ceased.
