Houmam, a 7 - years old refugee little boy in Turkey, suffers from congenital cerebral palsy which led to mental retardation, speech delay , urinary tract dysfunction and increased pressure on the limbs that made him unable to walk. The family's financial status is poor and they can't afford to cover his treatment expenses.
