Nazem may lose the ability to walk due to a congenital hip dislocation. He lives alone in Al Qadam neighborhood away from his family due to the imposed siege. Nazem needs hips replacement surgery but he cannot afford the operation due to his terrible financial status. He cannot work due to his medical condition and there is no breadwinner who can provide some help for him.
