Qamar and her family are living in a tent that doesn't protect them from the summer heat nor the winter cold in Aarsal, Lebanon. Qamar's father is the sole breadwinner of the family and he's unable to secure the family's needs because he's unemployed. Qamar is a two-month-old girl who needs an incubator due to suffering from meningitis.
