Abdulrahman is less than one year and his family was displaced from Aleppo. They live in a camp where he was born with congenital heart defect and pneumonitis and shortness of breath. He had to be moved to Turkey to receive treatment. He has to undergo catheterization and his father us unable to afford the treatment.
