In 2014, Roaa and her family fled Aleppo, leaving behind beautiful memories and big dreams. Roaa faced immense difficulties; she lost her father as a martyr in 2015, and her mother remarried, leaving her responsible for caring for her sick grandfather. Despite these harsh circumstances, Roaa never wavered in pursuing her dreams. She held onto her favorite hobby of reading and dreamed of completing her education, aspiring to become a beacon that lights the paths for her family and her homeland.
