Alma is an infant girl, she was born with DOWN SYNDROME and with congenital heart deformation. (4 holes in her heart ) which led to a weakness in blood flow to the brain, growth retardation and many other health problems. Now , she is in intensive care unite preparing her for heart surgery, she is in urgent need to medicine, special milk, in addition to treatment expenses. Her family's living condition is very bad and can't afford to cover these huge expenses.
