When Israa was born, her head was struck, which resulted in cerebral hemorrhage and severe cerebral hypoxia. Doctor diagnosis revealed she has complete paralysis. The family moved to Turkey, where they were informed there is no hope to completely treat the child, but that she can take medications to prevent convulsions and epilepsy.
