Mustafa and Omar are two orphans whose father died as a result of shelling. Omar and Mustafa suffer from permanent convulsions, in addition Mustafa has brain deficiencies requiring monthly medication; however, the family's situation is very bad after losing their sole breadwinner, they are unable to secure the cost of the expensive medication.
