Mahmoud ( born in 1978) lives with his displaced family in NW Syria camps. He has been the father of his nephews since his brother was martyred. The man is responsible for a family of 11 while he has a history of head injury that caused a skull fracture also had gastrectomy surgery. His wife is epileptic and needs medications permanently.
