Khadija ( born in 1975) was dispalced with her family from Homs to Lebanon to live in Tripoli. They endure tough days in a poor house while her sick husband is unable to work. Also, her son had a work accident that left him with many bone fractures. Khadija suffers from severe hemorrhage that causes low hemoglobin and she has to undergo uterus removal surgery urgently.
