Basma, a lady in her mid-forties, fled with her family from El-Ksour due to airstrikes in her area. Basma's family consists of eight members. They all live in challenging circumstances in an abandoned and uninhabitable building in Idlib. This family cannot secure their daily necessities, due to the absence of income, except for the simple wage her young son earns from the maintenance of bicycles! The family's suffering doesn't end here, as Basma suffers from glaucoma in addition to cartilage disease in her knees. Her husband also suffers from disc herniation and shrapnel injury in his shoulder. And Basma's young son was injured in the bombing and is therefore unable to work. He is married and has two kids but cannot provide for their needs. One of his kids is only six-month-old, and he is unable to buy him milk. Therefore, the child is now suffering from malnutrition.
