Since his arrest, as a result of torture and severe beatings, this has led to fractures in his body; there is an articular fill instead of the left hip, a dredging on the pelvis and a fracture in the joint. He has a 48% paralysis ratio. He needs a complete left hip implant with a supporting ring and assistance with the home rent for a month.
