Jad is a five-year-old boy. He was born under harsh conditions and displaced from Ghouta, Damascus. He has an autism spectrum disorder with problems in social communication, problems in brain development, sensory integration disorders, and speech problems, in addition to the abnormal social behavior outside his house. Jad had begun his journey of recovery and was starting to show progress, until the cost of the treatment sessions exceeded his father's ability to secure them. These sessions are the only hope for his parents to get him out of his condition, integrate him into society, and secure a normal childhood and future for him.
