Abdulkarim is suffering with diabetes for 15 years, his illness is now affecting his eyes as he in unable to see well and his vision is becoming worse day by day, he has lost complete vision in his right eye and his left is now declining and becoming worse. Abdulkarim requires immediate glass lens surgery so he does not lose his eye sight completely. The patient lives in a camp with his wife and thirteen children due to displacement and his inability to work, he is now in a tragic state as he is unable to secure the cost of surgery.
