Jaber is a twenty-year-old man who works in a factory for a minimal wage to support his family. He found out that he suffers from a cyst in the ureter which is causing him severe pain and infections and therefore is no longer able to work. Doctors informed him that he needs to remove the cyst before his condition worsens, but Jaber is unable to do so because of his current living conditions and because he is the only provider for his family.
