Ibtissam is a 12-years-old kid who lives in Lebanon with her family in very difficult living conditions. While she was helping her mom with house chores, a knife went through her vagina reaching the ovaries and the bowels causing and an injury to all of them. Ibtissam needs urgent surgery to repair the vagina and the bowels. it's very damaging for her both physically and psychologically, so please be there for her.
