Mahmoud is a child who lives with his family in Arsal camps after they were displaced from their hometown Homs. They live in bad living conditions. Recently, Mahmoud was taken to the hospital emergency due to exhaustion. After diagnosis, it was found that he has medical problems that caused him to become dehydrated. Doctors said that he should be admitted to the hospital and stay under observation. Unfortunately, his father refused it because he is unable to afford the treatment in the hospital.
