Mrs. Mona took refuge with her family in Turkey after an airstrike hit their home in Aleppo and killed her two sons. The miserable family began their journey after pulling them out of the rubble where they now live in a damp house that is uninhabitable. Added to that, Mrs. Mona takes care of her husband who suffers from heart disease and other diseases, and her daughter who suffers from hemiplegia. The family is left with no provider and with the winter approaching they are in dire need of help to secure firewood for heating, money for rent, and other living expenses.
