Esraa is a little girl who has had liver cirrhosis since birth. The family resides in a home that lacks furniture and many necessities. The house is on the outskirts of the town, and to make a living, Esraa's father works nonstop from morning until night. Esraa suffers from a severe psychological condition as a result of her illness, from which she has been suffering since birth. Due to the family's challenging financial circumstances, they are unable to afford the cost of Esraa's medications.
