Rama, a 4 years old Syrian refugee. She is suffering from congenital defects of her hands and feet, she is unable to flex at her knee joints and walk. She needs surgical intervention with certain medical shoes and they must be changed every month. The family are going through tough living conditions, her father is a simple worker and can't afford the costs of her management.
